Comparative and European law and politics
The research area addresses, in a comparative and interdisciplinary fashion, important dynamics, processes and outcomes related to the process of European integration. In particular, the research area focuses on major challenges related to the EU’s s multiple crises: the economic and financial crisis, the rule of law crisis, the pandemic crisis, the identity crisis after Brexit. The area comprises both lawyers and political scientists who have been extensively cooperating on both teaching activities and research projects.
