EELISA avenues for collaboration for ACADEMICS include the research and innovation branch of EELISA, EELISA INNOvation and COmmon REsearch Strategy (InnoCORE), which is working on cross-cutting issues of research such as a common open science strategy, a gender equality plan, etc. In this framework, the bottom-up initiative EELISA Connect aims at providing a venue for the discussion among EELISA ACADEMICS towards new proposals for future joint research projects. Similarly, EELISA Joint Call motivates the EELISA network towards the design of multiskilling pilots suitable for the hybridisation of engineering education with non-engineering skills and competencies. And vice versa, for the hybridisation of professions that increasingly require the absorption of some knowledge from engineering
